Light green apple notes on the nose, and a hint of citrus as a prelude to the fantastic taste! Smooth and incredibly viscous in the mouth, it leaves you with an incredible clean rinse that reminds you of biting into a perfectly ripened pink grapefruit (sprinkled with a teaspoon of sugar on top!) -- I can't take credit for this posting, though... my wife actually wrote these notes!
